1. 7-Day Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • Unused, and free from any signs of wear or damage.
  • In its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: In your message, please include your Order Number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Await Instructions: We will review your request. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your Order Number.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Photographic evidence of the damage, defect, or incorrect item and the packaging it arrived in.

We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

A Note on Handcrafted Items
