• Product Representation: We make every effort to display the colors, dimensions, and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Many of our items are handcrafted, and as such, may have slight variations in finish, colour, and texture; these are not considered defects.
• Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Availability: Products are available while stocks last. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer and may discontinue any product at any time.

4. Orders, Billing, and Payment

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order you place with us. This may be done on a per-person, per-household, or per-order basis. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Bank Transfer
• Credit/Debit Card (where available)

For COD orders, payment is due in full at the time of delivery.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Timelines: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery is typically 3-5 business days for major cities and 5-7 business days for other locations within Pakistan.
• Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Risk of Loss: All items purchased from ZSDecor are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the courier.

7. Intellectual Property

In no case shall ZSDecor, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service. Our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and in no case shall it exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website.
